When using Brugbart, you should agree to the following Terms and Conditions, these may change occasionally.

If you don't agree, and you are using Brugbart anyway, then you are breaking the TOS!

Responsability

Brugbart is not, for obvious reasons, responsible for members or guests usage, including data submitted by users.

Admin'(s) however try to delete any user submitted data, when they deam necessary.

Neither is Brugbart, for obvious reasons, responsible for loss of data, or damage to equipment, due to incorrect usage of information in any of our, Articles; Referance Entry'(s); or Tutorial'(s). Neither are Brugbart responsible for such, due to usage of information posted by members of the website.

Correctness of Information

Brugbart dosn't guarantee the correctness of the information in its tutorials, articles, or references. Also since such, may come from a wide variety of sources, (including but not limited to), members of the site.

Privacy Policy

The only information collected, is the contry you are visiting from, browser used, and your ip address, which may be logged by:

• 1): The server Brugbart is running on.
• 2): Brugbart is logging ip addresses temporely in its database, to count active users, this log will be cleared after x minutes.
• 3): When you register a new user, the ip will be logged.
• 4): In addition, Brugbart are logging ips everytime a Registered user submits data, it being comments, forum posts, articles. ETC

Only the site owner will be able to actually view the ips, or other personal information. Other admins can however still block the ip, from entering the site.

Advertising:

Brugbart is using Google Adsense, ads from Adsense are very relevant to the content, and hopefully the users. To achive this high relevancy, Google may collect information about visitors by use of technologies such as:

• web beacons
• cookies

Thay may also collect information such as:

• which contry users are visiting from
• the browser they are using
• Their ip address

Example: If you are visiting this website from Denmark, you would be more likely to encounter adds from denmark, since those would be more relevant, and as such you may be more likely to find them interesting.

Information saved by Brugbart about you, will not be given out to anyone.

Execpt the authorities, given its requested, and the request is found reasonable.

The following is an example of such, but not limited to:

• Threats
• Signs of violance
• Behaviour that indicates, evil intentions

Forbidden

Note: everything isn't actually listed here, neither should it be! We would like to keep this TOS as readable as possible.

• You agree not to block advertisement while using Brugbart, if you do, please add the site to your allowed list.
• You are not allowed to advertise for other websites, execpt for the link'(s) you put in your profile (if any).
• When adding comments to the referance, or the tutorials, make shure to add information of value. Don't replay to an tutorial simply to say that it was a good tutorial. Instead you are requested to use the forum, if you would like to comment on a particuler entry in the referance, or a particuler tutorial.
• You agree, that any information you add to the comments, may be integrated in the main article, and your comment disabled from normal view. (This way we still preserve the source of the information, even though this is of doubtful value to anyone).

Allowed

• You may disable your own comments/posts from view. [They might still be intigrated in the article by admins, and/or viewed by users who anable viewing of disabled comments/posts]
• You may delete your comments/posts. [They will disappear entirely from view, even from our admins, and eventually be deleted from the system automatically after 2 years. Note you will still be able to view them, should you chose to unmark them from deletion, and mark them again, the timer will be resetted]

Note: Not all features mentioned are actually fully functioning yet, nevertheless this is our TOS for now.
